Return and Refund Policy | Un8age Skincare Products. We thank you for being a valuable customer and want to ensure you have a satisfying experience with our skincare and fitness products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of Delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping: We will arrange a pickup for all your returns except for the Non Serviceable Zone (NSZ). Please note that for NSZs you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status.

Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@un8age.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at care@un8age.com or call us at 011-69268382.

6. Shipping

Shipping times for orders are typically 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
